Shipping costs for orders from escorva.com
1) If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment.
2) If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.
3) Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound / kg.
Shipping Restrictions
Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to some below mentioned geographical locations. You'll be notified while placing your order if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected:
- APO/FPO/PO Box Addresses
- U.S. Protectorates (including Puerto Rico)
- Prisons
Customs, duties and taxes
All costs relating to customs, duties, taxes, etc. will be borne by buyer.

Fed Ex/UPS: 4 to 5 days depending on service request by customer
Local Delivery: 2 to 4 days excluding Saturday and Sunday

Registered air mail: US$28.00 for 1st item
Additional US$7.00 for each additional item in the same order
FedEx / UPS: US$85.00 for 1st item below 500gms. Additonal product will be US$10/pc. Should the weight increase for every extra product in comparison to the price indicated here, the customer will be contacted and advised for the exact amount need to be paid for the shipment.

Refunds
1) In case of a return, a refund will be issued to the customer for the full amount of the returned item excluding original shipping and insurance expenses.
2) escorva.com will gladly exchange or refund any unworn and undamaged item(s), no questions asked (certain restrictions apply). All returned item(s) must contain original packaging materials, gift boxes, warranty cards and documentation. All returns need a Scorva Return Merchandise Inspection (SRMI) number from escorva.com.
3) Once an RMI is issued the return instructions will be given. All 14k gold & 18K gold watches and jewelry (14k or 18k) must be returned to us and received within 7 days of original shipment date to customer. The RMI numbers must be clearly written on the outside of the package. All merchandise must be free from damage, alterations and wear.
4) Items custom designed or custom sized (either by us at the request of the customer, or by outside location) cannot be returned or exchanged.
5) Orders and shipments to addresses outside the U.S. are not covered under this return policy.
6) All returned items should be sent by full value insured courier. For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier (FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Please make sure the item is insured for full cost. This will protect you in case your jewelry or watch is lost in transit.
7) For purchases paid by a credit card the customers account will be credited within 7 to 14 business days of return receipt and verification of merchandise. For all other forms of payment a refund by corporate check will be issued within 7 business days.
8) International orders (orders outside the U.S.) We gladly accept orders from most countries outside the U.S. We currently ship via fully insured international priority FedEx or UPS to most international destinations. Insured shipping costs are approximately US$85 per item to most destinations. If shipping costs exceed this amount, we will contact the customer with the shipping quote.
9) To further safeguard our customers, we employ an international credit card fraud-prevention service that verifies credit card payments from most countries. The service is comprised of a special team of professionals who verify each credit card order and screen it for fraud. Therefore, please be aware that you may be contacted by one of their representatives after your order is placed. To expedite the processing of your order, please try to be available at the phone number or email address you provided so that they are able to contact you. If their verification department is unable to reach you, your order may be considerably delayed. For more information, you contact us info@escorva.com. A 2.5% verification charge is added to the total charge on all international credit-cards.
